My team and I are quite new in the setup of a completely new free Jira version.
Sometimes, we add screenshots in a rich text field of a ticket and even though we can see them at the beginning, it happens from time to time that, for unknown reasons, we can't see the picture anymore:
instead of viewing the picture, we see 'preview unavailable' and when we click on it, we get an error page with:
Something went wrong.
We couldn't generate a preview for this file.
Can anyone help?
