Currently, we are using a simple excel file as a calendar, color every task with a color and position it on a calendar, so that we can organize the team's time on a timescale.
1. we estimate the time a task/user story will consume (we mainly use tasks)
2. we mark the calendar on the excel file with specific color for 3 days let's say, and color in a similar pattern the tasks of every individual.
My question is: Is there a way to use Jira inside for that without extracting all tasks and estimates in excel. For my team is essential to have all the tasks positioned in time, so that we can see how many days we have as a buffer, for testing, etc.
Any tool/app or advice would be useful in terms of planning and organizing.
Can trello be synced with Jira for that purpose? I saw a power-app there Planway that can play that role but we need to connect Jira with Trello and then Trello with that app...
