Saving a Jira Roadmap plan View using save or save as is not working

Interesting Issue,

A colleague has created a Jira Roadmap. The basic view displays Target Start, Target End and Status. He has amended the view instead to show just status and assignee (removing those dates).

If he then clicks save the changes to the basic view are not remembered.

If he chooses save as, the save button is enabled but nothing happens when he clicks on it.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be? He has tried both edge and chrome as browsers.

Hi @Stephen Toop

from the outside (Atlassian Community) with no direct access to your installation it is not that easy to pinpoint - one suggestion I have for you would be to monitor closely the log (atlassian-jira.log) to see if anything suspicious in regards to what the user observes is logged.

Please find detailed information on where to look for your logfiles in this article:

In case there should not directly something useful can be seen in log files you could try to increase the loglevel of Advanced Roadmaps as described here (please note: Portfolio was a former name of the software):

Regards,
Daniel
