I am setting up several projects that use the same categories

When I set up a new project the category drop down field is blank

Is there a way to have the categories previously created in other projects show in the drop down list for new projects?

Hi @Cali Brooks

Welcome to community!!

The project categories you've created should show, however are you creating team managed or company managed projects? For company managed ones if they aren't showing then that's probably a bug, however I would recommend trying a different browser.

Additionally are you doing this for a Work Management project or a Software project?

If you see navigation items horizontally across the top of the screen such as this...

...then you are in a Work Management project. In that case Category values are project-specific, not shared across Work Management projects.
