SSOAuthenticator not working while jira login

Facing issue while logging in to JIRA using "SSOSeraphAuthenticator" in configuration, nothing gets printed in atlassian-jira.log, though we have atllasian-jira-security.log which says:

tried to login but they do not have USE permission or weren't found. Deleting remember me cookie.

Checked google for possible resolutions, checked my crowd directory configurations and database for presence of users and directories. No more data I can find in logs for getting root cause.

Please share input if we have any.
