Hi,

While I have found a number of queries on the site and others online...what I have not been able to find has been how to get the SLA data. Need to know what tables and/or joins to use in order to get the same SLA data used on the SLA met vs breached and SLA success rate reports in Jira.  

Can anyone help with this?

We have wrapped the full Atlassian's Java API for Service Desk with standard SQL for reporting.

SQL+JQL Driver

It is NOT native SQL.
