Hello Cool People,
Is there a way for JIRA to send a text alert every time a critical ticket has been created? Is it also possible to have the alert be sent to the users mobile as a plain text format instead of sending an html formatted alert like the standard email notification?
Hope someone can share there expertise on this query..
