SLA Timer for jira plugin: How does the action events regarding First Respons work?

In the documentation I cant find anything regarding the action events:
- Clear first response when paired
- Submit first response when paired
- Clear and Submit first response when paired

I want to automatically get the first response flag "clicked" when status is changed from new to open.

Any Ideas?

You can define the SLA behaviour in your project admin page, SLAs.
