My team plans to move our risk register to an Atlassian platform (either Jira or Confluence, but probably Jira). What we're looking to do is create a form that will allow outside teams to input risks that will be added to project management board that they cannot view. The tricky part is that we're trying to accomplish this with essentially no plugins and very limited dev skills. What's the best approach?
