After changing owner account email address, I was asked to use security code or urgency restore code (that I don't have obviously).
Now we are stucked ... no one can administrate our space anymore. We can use the products though...
I have asked system to send me an email to restore owner account access. It's been 24 hours.
Also opened two tickets yesterday and today but no news so far.
Any hint?

received the restore account email then followed steps to regenerate security code and password
