Resolution field

When a ticket is moved to Rejected or Done, can the Resolution field be updated with a "Resolved" status? See the attached image. please write me the steps? thank you!

Have a look at this KB regarding the best practice on using the resolution field. You can do this by changing your workflow and add a post function on the transition that takes your issues to Rejected or Done that sets the resolution field.
