Reset and purge JIRA

We have a jira ondemand platform which been lying dormant for some months. We are having a clearout and are about to start using the system again in our new workflow. We would like to keep our existing confluence worspaces and content as this we have been using, however, there are configurations, projects and tickets within JIRA which are no longer of any use to us.

Is it possible to purge the JIRA only platform of all projects, tickets, configurations, workflows (users too if possible) etc back to its original settings as we do not want to keep anything that is currently in the backlog so we can start this from scratch?

Hi Cris,

I think that for this, it would be best if you opened up a ticket at our support channel and let them know about this request. I believe that our OnDemand team just might be able to help out on your requirements :)
