Request resolve
Hello, how i can make Automation with this field. When you do "stopped" or "Resolve,Done,Cancel" with Master incident, all linked incidents get same status? I was maked rule which change status in progress...accepted.. where don't need write comment field. But where hes is needed i get error, and dont know how to solve this problem.
Need that, this field auto fill (linked issue) when i write in to master ticket ( this field- like its done.)

One note: when you add comment to issue, you can set if it should be internal or shared with customer:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
