Request User addition Log

Hi Team,

We have below test environment, here we have limited access to users but in couple of days before we see some users are added here which costed our department.

Could you please help us with logs or some way to identify who is adding user to this environment? Or how can we stop people to add any users to this Env.

I am not sure that the user management tracks that.  If it does though, this is something you will need to take up with Atlassian support.  We community members have no access to your systems.  Raise a support call at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
