I have been tasked with creating a report that will show all completed issues with Story Point Estimates of 3 or greater and broken down by quarters. Is there a way to create this report?
I'm still semi-new to Jira so any instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Hi @Christine Robert -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The answer depends on what you mean by "by quarters".
I am assuming you are using NextGen projects as you reference Story Point Estimate. (Classic projects use Story Points.) This will return the list of the issues, ordered by resolution date. To use this, navigate to Issues > Advanced issue search > Switch to JQL
project = myProject
AND statusCategory = Done
AND "Story point estimate" >= 3
ORDER BY resolutiondate
If you want to roll those up by quarter, you would need to export to a spreadsheet to group them (such as with a Pivot Table).
Best regards,
Bill
Hi Bill,
Thank you so very much. I was not adding "estimate" into the JQL so this fixes it.
I really appreciate your help!!
Christine
