Good day everyone
Problem statement
We have one EPIC for a department and there are multiple child task, on which different user are working and accordingly they are changing status.
Since parent EPIC is handled by core team they need to manually check the status of all child task and update the status accordingly.
Currently we don't have any report or dashboard which help us identify the exact request having mismatch.
Solution required
We are looking for report or dashboard or automation rule which will help us in identifying those request quickly, so that we avoid check by extracting dump and putting filters manually.

Hi @Mohit Jain
if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the parent status.
With this column added to a sheet, you should be able to quickly identify and work on the relevant issues:
This is really just one view that might be useful to you; I could also think of others. E.g., you can also view your issues in their hierarchy (i.e., with stories nested below their epics) in just one click.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes

Hi, @Mohit Jain. There may be other ways, but Atlassian's new List View was the first thing that popped into my head when reading your post.
Maybe this can provide a simple solution to this.
Hope it helps,
