Reopen closed tickets with attachments

Hi,

We need to reopen a ticket through the rest api and attach some attachments in the reopening. So first we upload the attachments to JIRA and then we execute a transition to Reopen status. The call for the transition is: POST https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/contact/dev/rest/api/2/issue/

{issueId}/transitions?expand=transitions.fields and the content sent:

The transition of the status is successful but the attachments are not associated to this transition. So is there any way to accomplish this?
