Remaining time estimate doesn't get updated

We have recently encountered a problem that the remaining time estimate has stopped updating as it usually did before - Original estimate minus Logged time. Right now it just shows the Original estimate time.  
Any ideas how to fix that?

There are two possible reasons that might be causing the incorrect displaying of your remaining time estimation:

1 - If you manually set the remaining estimate field with a value that does not match with the original estimate, it can cause the incoherency you seem in the field, however, the remaining estimate should decrease when you log time

2 - If you are including sub-tasks in your estimation, please check if they have any remaining estimation. In that case, the time spent will only decrease the time estimation if it is logged in the sub-task where the remaining time is configured.

If you are not facing one of the scenarios above, please provide us with any changes performed to your original and remaining estimate fields under your history tab so we can better troubleshoot it.
