We have a case where we would like to keep a subset of Epics in a shared Project across two other projects (team-managed).

To the best of my recollection, it was possible with the Epic Link field to reference Epics in another Project, but I can't seem to make this work with the new Parent field.

Is this possible, and what would need to be changed in order to be able to reference other epics than those in the project itself?

Hi @Troels Møller Larsen and welcome to the Community!

No, this is not possible with team managed projects. Epics and their child issues need to be in the same project. If you use company managed projects instead, this is perfectly possible, although the Epic Link field has been replaced by parent instead.

Hope this helps!

Ah, that might be the difference, thanks.
