Hi all,
Interested in how to best solve for the requirement to have bi-directional jira to jira updates between two organisations.
Simple client and supplier relationship. Client want to raise issue in their jira instance and assign to vendor A. Vendor A wants to see the issue presented in their jira instance (without double handling) and all updates are bi-directional.
Information fields to be collected and shared is agreed so can be mapped.
For this requirement, I would suggest to go over third party plugins available on Atlassian Marketplace.

Hello @Michelle Symes and welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If I understand correctly, you’re trying to keep two Jira instances in sync, right?
In that case, I can suggest trying our app Elements Copy & Sync. It allows you to clone and sync issues with all their content (summary, description, custom fields, comments, attachments, etc) across different instances.
In your situation the easier way to do it would be to:
Don't hesitate to check the documentation, it’s really quick and easy to set up.
The app is for free during 30 days (and it stays free under 10 users).
