Hi @AS 

There are a least 2 ways to do this...

  • Create a global-scope, automation rule, triggered on Project Created trigger.  I see this one is not listed in the documentation, yet it appears to work.
  • When projects are created, they are recorded in the site audit log.  You could set up a webhook to push out such events, and process them in another system which your company already has.

It sounds like you know the out of the box answer is no. Depending on your need I see a few options:

  1. Limit the ability to create projects
  2. Create an automation that emails you anytime a ticket is created that does not belong to the list of projects you specify. It's a bit of a workaround and it will take manual effort to keep up, but it should let you know shortly after a project is created.
