I have mistakenly clicked on ready to review, how to reverse this status back to open?

Welcome to Atlassian Community !!

You need to have a transition in the workflow to go back to "Open" status. You may want to work with your administrator to check if there is transition, if not they can add the temporary transition and then you can go back to Open status.
