I was granted access by my company Admin but even on an incognito window and on different devices this is what I get:

On the account side, I can see you've been added as a user to a particular Atlassian Cloud site. It's possible the admin granted you access to Confluence only and not Jira. You can try Confluence directly if that's where you're expecting to go by appending /wiki to the end of your site url, for example:

If you are expecting to access Jira however, a site admin may need to intervene. If they can't find the issue straight-away, the site admin can open a case with Atlassian Support at - we need the site admin to open the case to grant permission for us to look at the specific details on your site.
