Why does the Releases not show my tickets tagged?

Mahesh Kannan Thangavelu June 3, 2020

image (21).pngimage (22).pngI have tagged few tasks and stories to 'Releases' and when I click on the tag from the issue, I can see the list but when I got to releases page, the issues aren't filtered. What am I doing wrong?

See attached screenshot of the Issue and the release page

Hi @Mahesh Kannan Thangavelu

You have put the version in the Affects Version field.  Try putting it in the Fix Version field.

Affects Version is normally used for defects (bugs) indicating how many versions are impacted, while Fix Version is when it is addressed in a release candidate/production.

Best regards,

Bill

@Mahesh Kannan Thangavelu , if this works for you as an answer, please mark it as such. That will help others find the solution in the future.

Thanks!
