Unstable Automation Rule for Assigning Task Assignees Based on Epic

I created an automation rule "When Parent Assigns to a User, Change Assignee of All Children Accordingly," as shown in the attached image.
Screenshot at Sep 04 16-23-28.png
However, this automation runs inconsistently; it sometimes works and sometimes fails, as indicated in the audit log below:
- Unsuccessful

- Successful

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Nguyen Thanh Tien ,

Welcome to the community !!

There is clear information in the screenshot you attached. You need to uncheck the option "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed" in your automation rule for branch condition. Example screenshot attached.

Hi @Nguyen Thanh Tien ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Please try changing the branch type, from "Children" to "Stories (or other issues in Epic)"

I've tried changing the branch type, from "Children" to "Stories (or other issues in Epic)" as @Manoj Gangwar 's advise and uncheck the checkbox as well as @Rilwan Ahmed 's adivse. And It works normally now. Thank 2 guys for your support!

Hi @Rilwan Ahmed , I don't see the checkbox you mentioned from my view. It seems that it does not apply to the related issue 'Children' in my automation rule.Screenshot at Sep 04 18-14-37.png

Hi @Nguyen Thanh Tien ,

Did you create rule in Global automation section ? This option is not present there.

Create the rule in project settings --> Automation if the rule is related to single project.

I created this rule within a team-manage project (not apply for global).
