I want to delete/cancel a ticket in a Team Manager Project but I do not see any option in the dropdown.
If a ticket was accidentally created, how do I cancel that ticket?

There are 2 way.
1. To Delete ticket, please go to Project setting > Access > check if your account has right role which has delete issue permission, or just add your account with admin role.
After that, back to project and check if you can delete the ticket.
2. To Cancel ticket, please go to Board action (three dots at the top right of the board) > Manage workflow > Add status Cancel and transition to new status. Then back to board and Cancel your ticket.
