Rally migration to Jira

Hi Community,

I'm on Jira Cloud. And I'm going to make a migration project from Rally to Jira. Before starting the migration, I want to get some suggestions from the community. What's the best approach to migrate from Rally to Jira? Any idea about potential risks?
