Hello! I am trying to create a filter that would show issues basing on Custom Field [Radio Buttons] that used to be of a specific value before changed to different value. For Example, I had issue that CustomField [Radio Button] were of values "a" or "b" and were changed to values "c" or "d" and I want Jira to present every issue that had those changes made.
I tried WAS operator , but received error "History searches do not support the 'severity[Radio Buttons]' field." I have read that WAS operator is applicable for some fields only. (Note: This operator can be used with the Assignee, Fix Version, Priority, Reporter, Resolution, and Status fields only.)
I also tried CHANGED, but failed as well.
Is there any workaround/query I can use that would present me all issues that have a value that had changed for the specified field.
That's right – history searches support only those six fields you've mentioned. Built-in issue history will show you changes only at the single issue level.
If you want to get some custom field changes for the list of issues, check out Issue History for Jira add-on. My team developed it as a journal for every past activity for standard and custom fields.
You just need to add Radio Button Field as the grid's column.
30-days trial is available, so you can check if it can help in your case. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for the reply and help! Unfortunately it would not give me the expected result. I would need data that is collective, shareable and exportable that can be used further for spreadsheet operations! :) I am currently checking a workaround and will update with my results if anyone struggles with the same issue. :)

Hi @Piotr Gardziel - did you have any luck with your workaround?

Hello,
It would be great to hear about the workaround.
Also, we have some improvements available for the app mentioned above. Now, it provides exporting and sharing options. It's also possible to display changes for a separate field only. If you are interested, you can book a demo.
