I have requested a list of projects for logged in user using next rest call '/rest/api/2/project'. seems, that this returns all projects in JIRA without checking user permissions. Because that when I tried to get issues for some project using next query '/rest/api/2/search?jql=project%20=XXX%20AND%20type%20=%20Defect%20'

for several projects I've got an error that "The value 'XXX' does not exist for the field 'project'.

XXX is a project key.

What is the possible problem with my query and how to get only projects the user can view?

Thanks in advance!
