RAID log management in Jira

Hi team, 

I am looking to implement RAID management in Jira. A better way than capturing it in a text box. Could you please help me with how best I can implement it? so that I can also generate reports and call out high risks, dependencies, etc. I was also curious about if I can use Atlas to achieve the same.

You need a project and I would have 4 different issues types since each RAID items may have different workflows and screens.  You can then have a dashboard or Kanban board to manage the tickets accordingly.  

For each issue type, you will have to have new custom fields. For example for  a risk, you want to have probably, impact, etc, then when the risk becomes and issue you may want to create an issue ticket and link it to the risk.  

No need for Atlas.
