Question about JIRA API webhooks

Hello Folks,

I need an API looks like webhooks . If any thing update or delete its suddenly reflected through webhooks. its same thing we need an API for jira is anything change it reflects through API..

Is there anything available please share with me.

The question is not clear to me but I think you should implement Jira event listener.
