This looks like a screenshot from a Tempo Timesheets report, if I'm not mistaken. If so, the user (Kieu Tran Nhur) has logged hours against issues that you do not have permission to see the worklogs of.

That may be as intended. The message tells you that there's more hours logged for informational purposes, but without disclosing the details.

Tempo has a set of global, project and team permissions that influence the data you can and cannot see. Check out product permission documentation to learn more. In this case, it's probably project permissions.
