Query for comment posted after PR approval?

Currently we like to have our Devs go into our platform and confirm their code works in the environment after a PR has been approved as a way to ease a little burden on our QA team.  

We are integrated to GIT and I can see on a ticket that a PR is merged, we also get an automated comment added after that is approved.

Is it possible to run a JQL query to see if another comment has been added after the PR is approved so I can tell the devs have carried out this task?  Or can anyone recommend a solution for getting the Devs to provide their evidence a ticket is working?
