Pulled a summary of all the issues in JIRA but the severity field isn't populated in it?

Even though the severity field is populated in JIRA, in my report the field is blank for all the issues

Hello Rahul,

Can you confirm if you are meaning the Priority or Severity field?

The reports of JIRA are usually related to the field Priority that is an in-built field which can be configured on JIRA Settings > Issues > Priorities.

Can you confirm that you are using the correct field and not a posteriorly created custom field that is not related to the report?
