Hi ,
I'm currently working on extracting attachment details from Jira tickets hosted on our server (version v8.13.24). However, it seems that the issue details JSON lacks information related to attachments.
If anyone has successfully pulled attachments from Jira in a similar setup, I'd greatly appreciate some guidance on how to approach this. Your insights will be immensely helpful.
Thanks
Hi @Prajwal Prakash welcome to the community. Exactly what is it you are trying to achieve here? What tools do you have available to you for scripting?
We were trying pull data from Jira tickets and generate a report via REST API in python.
But I do not seem to find attachment values in the issue JSON .
Seems quite odd.

Report has specific template , so we are code/script it completely externally.
