Project settings rpoblem
Hello everyone,
I need a help with Jira Project settings menu. I noticed that when open a Project and want to make some additional configurations from Project setting context menu, as an administrator I don't have access to some important features as Issues, Fields, Layout, Screens.... The only feature I can access is Issues Types, but if I want to configurates for example some System fields or Screens, I couldn't find a way to do this. Also, in Issues Types menu for some of the Projects I can add a Time tracking system field, but in others it is missing. I'm attaching screenshots and I will be very grateful if someone can help me.
