Hello,
I am wondering if it is possible to have a table embedded into the Project Settings > Story template.
We have an environments section on our stories. In this section we have a table with the Environment Name, Deployment Date, and Reference ID. It lists our Development, Testing, Staging, and Production as rows within that table.
Every time we want to create new story, I would like to have this table to be copied over to the new story. I see the ability to add the default text and layout options, but a table is not one of those options.
Does anyone know if this is a feature that is coming or if there is a way to do it?
Thanks
Travis
Hi @Travis Gassmann ,
There is no native possibility to define some default text with tables for fields. You have to use an app for it. You can use, for example, our app Issue Templates Agent for Jira. In the template, you can define your table with all needed formatting options. After that, you can use this template during issue creation. As you mentioned Story, you can define that it will be filled by default for this issue type, so your users don't event select template from the list - it will be filled automatically when they open Create issue dialog. Of course, this app provides more features which you can explore and adapt in your processes.

Can you share some screenshots and describe how you added the table?
