Project Directory View Always Defaults to Jira Software

Whenever I login into Jira, the project directory view has 'jira software' filter always applied.

I have tried:

1. changing the start page

2. removing the filter and then logging out

3. clearing my cache

Nothing has worked, as you can see below, I have tried before (this is the 3rd time)
