Project Configurator errors custom fields

We are attempting to migrate 12 Jira projects from one instance of Jira into another and we are getting errors attempting to export those projects related to custom fields being found in Projects that are no longer installed in the instance.  I've run Botron's Integrity Check as well as Atlassian's Integrity Check and fixed problems.

"Found custom field with values for issues in exported project(s), with ID ######, name: Issue color and type: com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:jsw-issue-color.  This field does not exist.  Check if its type is definied in a plugin that has been disabled."

Is there any way to fix this, perhaps in the database?

yes, you will probably need to fix this in the database.

I would recommend you to contact the vendor of this app (their support), so that they can help you with this.
