Problems creating a dashboard

I am unable to create a dashboard for the following needs:
As I show in the print below, I have a project where each task is a specific activity and its subtask would be the actions necessary for delivery.
I would like to have a view in DASH of what status each subtask is in, referring to each task.

From my understanding, you would like to display sub-tasks on a dashboard, together with their current status and the parent name/link of each sub-task.
Would something like the following work? Create a filter to filter out only sub-tasks from a specific project(s). Next, add Filter Results gadget on a dashboard and add fields such as Status and Parent.
Once you save a filter, you can get something like this:
Where, within Summary column, you also have a link and a key to the parent issue.
