Hello,
I have problem with connect Jira and make, when I put my mail, API token and site adress I recived error:
An unexpected error has occured. Please contact your JIRA Administrator. - {"status":{"status-code":[401],"message":["Client must be authenticated to access this resource."]}}
What can I check for this?
We need more details to understand why you are getting the error:
- What app are you using to call the Jira API?
- Send us screenshot of the configuration
- The error normally happens when there is an issue with the authentication method.
- The header is missing or setup wrong.
Regards
Aaron

+1 I'm having the same issue....were you able to get a fix?

I've tested make.com and I can create a connection without any issues.
The problem you are having could be due to:
- You are not using a valid email address for your Atlassian.net site
- You don't have the right API token
Check that you have a token here:
https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens
If not, create a new one.
Can you log in to your Atlassian site with dominik.jakuboski@ email account?
