Problem is running JIRA over SSL

I have installed JIRA on my local server and using it with http. Now I want to configure it on HTTPS but no sucess. I have followed the official documentation provided on your website at

The key tool gives error that "Private Key not found" in the SSL Cert, whereas the private key is intact and my Certificate has it. Please guide me how to resolve this issue. My SSL Certificate is a wild card cert issued by Comodo (3rd party SSL)

If you know for sure that the keyfile is where you configured it to be, make sure it can be read from your current JIRA user. In linux you would do that by:

chown jira:jira /home/jira/jira.key
chmod 600 /home/jira/jira.key

Paths and usernames might be different, so make sure you get it right.
