I tried to download jira on a samsung and it says that the app is not compatible with the device. What could be done?

Hi @Andreea Boca welcome to the community.  I don't know what version you are trying to install, but I found this page on Atlassian's site: Requirements 

Does your machine meet these requirements? If you do, I would suggest opening a Support Ticket with Atlassian (support.atlassian.com/contact) so they can work with you to get the software installed.
