Our team is new for Jira and we would like to use the Jira for 10 users first.

I need to provide pricing details to the Accounts department. Since we are woring in a corporate company, after the trail period, how can we activate the users without entering credit card details?

If our pilot project in Jira environment successful, we plan to extend to more users.

Please share the relevant details. Thank you!

To find pricing information based on adding more users beyond the initial 10 users that you want to set up, refer to this page:

The pricing will depend on the total number of users, the billing cycle, and the plan you choose.

Make sure that you include the initial 10 users in your total user count when using the price calculator.

I understand that you want to start using Jira Cloud for just 10 users at first. You can start a free trial of the product here:

https://www.atlassian.com/try

You should not be required to enter credit card information to start a free trial.

If you want to add more than the initial 10 users at the end of the trial period you will need to provide a billing method that aligns with the options described in the FAQs here:
