PowerReports Plugin download does not work?!

I am trying to download PowerReports Plugin from Atlassian Jira but it comes up with an error as – Problem accessing plugin file at https://plugins.atlassian.com/server/1.0/download/pluginVersion/894798. Unfortunately, the download does not work from partners' website https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugin/details/23616 as well. Please could you suggest an alternate to download the plugin? I need this for evaluation purposes. Thanks!

I have tried several times to download the latest version of PowerReport and it works fine.

My Web browsers are Firefox 3.6 and Chrome 15.

Have you tried to download another plugin? Did it work? Maybe have you a firewall or proxy which blocks the download?

That is interesting! I was able to install other plug-ins gadgets etc., when I tried them prior to PowerReport. I am on FireFox 3.6.13 version. One of my colleagues was able to download jira-plugin-powerreport-1.0.2.4 file but not the actual plugin onto Jira. Could you help me with install instructions given that I have the file now? Thanks!
