Hi @JustinFrancis ,
as you can see on this page : https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/changing-port-that-your-atlassian-application-listens-on-834000041.html
The default port for Jira is 8080, and for Fisheye is 8060. So for communication between both apps, these ports will be used.
Let me know if this helps,

HI Alexis,
I see these ports 8080, 8060 are used to access the applications at front end; but I need to find out the ports that these two applications are using among them to communicate each other.

Thanks Alexis for your prompt continuous reply....
But what I was asking is when there is a BUG in the CODE at SVN Repository"code review issue 001" created by some one (ok take it as by you, by logged in to fisheye) and resolved the bug and put your comment and COMMIT the change on SVN; now this has to be reflect automatically on JIRA TICKET on JIRA for that BUG (otherwise many people will start working on the same issue and start committing multiple time/OVER-WRITING). To that these JIRA and FISHEYE has to talk each other and update concurrently, for that how will they talk must be via a port communication. I want to find out what is that port is set by default by ATLASSIAN.

Hi @JustinFrancis ,
the way to do this is to setup an Application Link between Jira and Fisheye, as documented here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/linking-fisheye-to-jira-960155618.html
You can see here what can be done with the Application Link : https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/jira-integration-in-fisheye-960155422.html
