Please provide a documentation to integrate AZURE AD and enable MFA.

Currently we have a SAML based authentication with SDO, we need to enable MFA using Azure AD. Please provide an official documentation to follow, both for JIRA & Confluence.

Remember that a requirement that you need to have in order to be able to configure this is to have an Atlassian Access subscription.
