Please deactivate my account. Not my organization!

It appears I have connected to an organization that is not mine and now I am unable to deactivate my account.  It says the account is managed and needs to be updated by the admin.

Please deactivate and remove my account so that I can connect to my organization.  https://fit-tecnologia.atlassian.net/ is not my organization.  I am not familiar with it and need to be deactivated so I can connect to the correct organization.

@Lundy_ Alalia

If your account is managed it means that someone with control of your domain has claimed your account. You should try to reach out directly to the admins of the site you want to be added to and they can add you.

Thanks,

Kian

Thanks Kian.  I have no knowledge of this org or the admins.  I don't even know how to contact someone.

The Jira plugin for MS Teams does not play nice.  It connects using Microsoft and not the company's instance.   I will reach out to my company's IT dept to see what to do.

Thanks for your response.
