I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing a frustrating issue with Jira, and I'm reaching out to seek assistance from the knowledgeable members of this community.
When I open my Jira workspace, I encounter a never-ending loading animation that persists even after the page appears to be fully loaded. I have attempted to resolve this issue by trying different browsers, all of which exhibit the same problem. This loading glitch is hindering my ability to use Jira effectively.
Steps Taken:
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions the community may have to help troubleshoot and resolve this loading issue.

As a simple first step - have you tried a different internet connection, to see if this is the issue?

You'll need to rectify the issue with your internet connection.

I have a user with the same issue. So is the answer to go somewhere other than their home to use the application?

Not necessarily, I assume it works for other users on the same connection?
I'd try some different actions to see if it limits down the issue - for example different...
...and see if this helps confirm the problem to rectify :)

The user upgraded their OS version and Safari version and it works now.
