Permission to close a Sub-task but not a Story

Hi,

I want everyone to be able to close Sub-tasks but only people with "Close Issue" permission to be able to close stories.

Hi @Gholamreza Saberi , welcome to the Community!

Project permissions are not specific to issue type, it's a one-fit-all. To do this, you would need to add a Condition to the Story workflow (or all issue types minus Subtasks) that prevents users not in a specific role from transitioning it to the closed status.

The conditions available are sometimes limited out of the box, if you have certain third-party plugins installed there are many more options to choose from.
